All fine, but old facilities

This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?

The superb location, just a short walk to JR Sapporo Station and close to convenience stores, made it easy to explore the city. Free coffee in the lobby was a delightful perk. ☕

The room was surprisingly small for three adults, making it quite cramped, especially with luggage. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was disappointingly weak.

The hotel is perfectly located near JR Sapporo station, making it easy for my family and me to explore the city. It was especially convenient for my two boys, who loved the nearby convenience stores and the small yet cozy triple room that accommodated us well.

In my wife’s opinion, more amenities for families would be great.

The breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options, including salads, which we enjoyed every morning. However, the rooms were compact for our family of three, making it a bit cramped. Additionally, while basic amenities were provided, some items needed to be picked up from another floor, which was less convenient. The air conditioning did not function effectively, impacting our comfort during the stay.

Had an amazing time with friends! Great location, just a short walk to the train station and nearby convenience stores. We loved the free coffee in the lobby too! We visited Odori Park and the Sapporo TV Tower, which were both awesome spots. Definitely a solid choice for budget travelers.

Solo traveler’s decent choice

The hotel was in a sweet spot, just a few mins from the station, real easy to find! The staff there were super chill, made checking in a breeze. They even gave me tips on where to eat nearby.

i loved staying at hotel sunroute. it’s centrally located, just a few minutes from the subway and about 7 minutes from the jr station. i appreciated the free coffee on level 2, it was a nice touch. the room was small but fit three adults comfortably.

Great location and attentive staff

I stayed here with my family for two nights, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the JR Sapporo station. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. While the room was compact, it was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, like a fridge and tea-making facilities. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, particularly the Japanese curry. However, the Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger.

Location is convenient for travelers.

The air conditioning was not working properly. It made our stay unbearable in the heat. We complained but received no timely solution. It was very frustrating to have to deal with this during our trip.
